David commenced his career as a valuer in 1993 and after several years with other leading valuations practices, he is now National Director of Cushman & Wakefield.
David’s experience over the last 25 years has encompassed the provision of valuation, consultancy, rental and acquisition advice across a range of property types within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, with a specialist focus over the last 15 years on commercial assets (both CBD and suburban) and commercial development.
Clients include a range of A-REITS, property trusts, syndicates, developers and private investors. He has also been involved in all aspects of valuation team management, business development, strategy and co-ordination of valuation instructions and the management of property portfolio valuation assignments across a range of sectors.
David has been involved with the valuation of some of the largest commercial acquisitions and developments in Australia with this role involving the provision of extensive pre-acquisition advice.
David is actively involved with the Australian Property Institute (API), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has sat on various committees and executives.
