With more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate in Mexico, Federico Alcocer has been directly responsible for representing national and international corporations in their real estate needs with successful and prominent achievements.
In May 1995 Mr. Alcocer joined C&W and throughout his career at C&W, Federico Alcocer has been consistently the top Real Estate Advisor nationwide, and one of the leading and most recognized brokers in the Mexico City real estate market and investment sales throughout the nation.
Mr. Alcocer has been able to successfully complete a wide variety of corporate transactions and consistently closing year to year the largest office transaction in Mexico City, specializing in tenant representation and complex property sales. Totaling more than one billion dollars in executed assignments, his diverse client base is well represented by: Covestro, Henkel, Novartis, Alcon, MetLife, Bristol, Myers Squibb, New York Life, Banorte, Zurich, Mead Johnson, Boston Consulting Group, British Petroleum, Actinver, Intercam, Grupo Carso, MetLife, HSBC, Santander Bank, Citigroup, Grant Thornton, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Danone, BMW, Shell Oil, General Electric and Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Alcocer is an active member of several prestigious Commercial Real Estate International Associations. He is an active member of the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and was granted the Office Specialist Designation of the Society. In addition, Mr. Alcocer is a real estate financial specialist and has earned his designation as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and was selected as CCIM’s rising stars for 2006. Mr. Alcocer is also a member of the CORENET GLOBAL, the world’s leading professional association for corporate real estate executives, service providers and economic developers.
Mr. Alcocer majored in business administration and attended two years of law school in the prestigious Mexican college "Iberoamericana University." Mr. Alcocer is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield Mexico and a member of the Board of C&W Americas and is a partner of the firm. Mr. Alcocer is married and has three children.
