About

Guillermo is an engineer with wide experience in the management of projects with national and international impact, with multidisciplinary scope and led to meet the client's expectations and, in most cases, exceed them.  

He currently works as Director of industrial projects, Core & Shell and corporate interiors for the metropolitan (Mexico City and State of Mexico). 

He joins Cushman & Wakefield to perform strategic management for the projects and the work team, considering the needs of clients and developing added value mechanisms to their requirements. In addition, he supervises and manages project finances, represents the brand in the industry and leads work teams.  

His experience includes having worked for projects in the public and private initiative, some of them achieving accreditations in environmental (LEED) and social fields.
