Miss Pont began her career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1993. She is a graduate of Iberoamericana University obtaining a degree in Business Administration. She completed her degree in Business Administration at Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresa (IPADE), a Mexican affiliate of Harvard Business School.
Along with Victor Lachica, President & CEO of C&W Mexico, Montserrat Pont was instrumental in opening the joint venture in 1992 between Mexican Partners, G. Accion and US C&W operations. Therefore, implementing its values, policies and procedures and “tropical zing” these to a new Mexican market
Her main responsibilities among others are to supervise and run the operation and management of the Mexico office and its regional branches, including Human Resources facets such as employment and employee relations, compensations, organizational development and consulting, increasing her responsibility during the last 20 years.
