With more than 26 years of experience in the Corporate Real Estate Division, Rafael Monroy has successfully completed a great number of transactions at domestic and international level, representing triple A clients.
Rafael Monroy has worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 1994 and in a short period of time, he formed a team with Mario Navarro, jointly attaining more successes. He is an expert in Sealed Bid Process and along with Mario Navarro, he has implemented the largest loan sales of the country.
It is worth mentioning that he has executed transactions for more than 2.5 billion USD of Corporate Properties. And successfully leads together with Mario Navarro a Brokerage Team.
His clients: Microsoft, Nokia, U.S. Embassy, E & Y, American Express, Citi Group, Credit Suisse, IPAB, SAE, Ericsson, Laureate Universities, Walmart, among others.
Title of the "Best Broker of the Year" from 1997 to 2017.
