The Challenge
Ericsson's growth projection increased by 50% over the course of a six-month period. The challenge was to focus on developments that could absorb the increase according to the timeline and satisfy the short, medium and long-term business objectives of the company.
The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield developed and conducted an analysis of developments in the market and future developments within a one-year delivery cycle. Our team executed a detailed feasibility report for all options selected by Ericsson, including fitting-out costs by using the support of Cushman & Wakefield's Project Management team.
The Result
Ericsson leased 379,828 square feet of office space at the TecnoParque Complex in two buildings, but, most importantly, our Project Management team delivered the first half of the requirement within a three-month time frame.
