With over 25 years of experience in the property market, Gordon oversees the Tenant Representation business in New Zealand. As a senior commercial real estate professional; Gordon is well equipped with a strong working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry in New Zealand and globally, enabling him to provide expert advice and guidance to clients. 

Gordon joined the Cushman & Wakefield team from running his own corporate real estate consultancy business, where Gordon provided consultancy advice to a range of clients both in public and private sectors. Prior to this, Gordon worked for KiwiRail as a National Property and Facilities Manager, optimising the utilisation, revenue and cost profiles from all their property assets. Through this role, Gordon was instrumental in setting standards for quality and consistency of performance in facilities management and commercial property transactions, documentations, governance and advice in relation to both leased and operational property portfolio.

In addition to the above, Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University. He is also an active member of Corenet New Zealand and the Property Council of New Zealand, ensuring he is up to date with the conditions of the market and well connected with key operators within the industry such as leasing agents, landlords, etc.
