Aissa Lavalle is currently responsible of the Cushman & Wakefield office in Lima, Peru, and part of the team of Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupiers and Investor Services. Under her leadership are all the business areas in the country, including Brokerage, which serves local and global customers.

She has experience attending global and regional clients in different services based on their demands as a Tenant Representation service on the search of new offices, as on the negotiation of a current office contract looking for saves and better contract terms. Her experience in Landlord Representation has been mainly looking for new tenants for specific clients. On the Facility, Property and Project Management service lines, she is responsible to guarantee the best quality of the service for our clients, in line with the Cushman & Wakefield standard service.

Aissa Lavalle has more than 14 years of professional experience in different areas such commercial, operations, business development, construction and real estate. In the last 9 years, Aissa has been focused on the construction and real estate sector, mainly at the commercial areas.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aissa was in charge of the commercial area of a Real Estate and Construction local company, where she participated on the development and launch of residential and commercial projects.
