Julia is coordinating all participants in the design and implementation process in the Design & Build model. 
She is an architect, with over 10 years of experience in the design industry. Her main task in Cushman & Wakefield is verification of multi-branch projects so meet the client expectations and needs. She takes care of optimum time and budget framework of the projects. He solves technical and design problems and develops Value Engineering to optimize costs.

Prior to joining the C&W team, she gained experience in architectural studios Ebing & Partners, Indesign and YsStudio, where for 6 years she worked as an architect on conceptual and detailed design. Then, for 5 years in Tetris Poland, she gained knowledge and experience in Cost Management department, where she finally led her team as Senior Cost Manager. She has practical knowledge in the field of architectural design, and preparation of detailed cost estimates for investments.
