Ben Schwartz is a seasoned professional within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Practice Group, where he specializes in Equity, Debt & Structured Finance. His expertise spans across critical areas of Capital Markets and Finance, particularly in Debt and Equity, showcasing his depth of knowledge and experience in the field. 

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ben is deeply involved in community leadership and professional affiliations. Since 2014, he has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leader’s Board and contributes to the University of San Diego Burnham Moores Center for Real Estate as part of their Alumni Association, engaging in the Undergraduate Real Estate Mentorship Program.
