With over twenty-five years of commercial brokerage and economic development experience Philip has assisted with the location and expansion of over 100 international, national and local manufacturing, distribution, office and corporate headquarter firms. He has extensive knowledge of the region and state having worked with the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and Charleston Regional Development Alliance, the regions marketing and business recruiting organization. As Senior Vice President of Business Development for The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce as well as Project Manager for the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Philip successfully managed the expansion and relocation of 42 companies with over $460 Million in Capital Investment and 8,600 new direct jobs.
