Mr. Dustman began working in the real estate industry in 2001 in the Utah office of the national, independent real estate appraisal firm of Brown, Chudleigh, Schuler, Donaldson and Associates. Mr. Dustman joined Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. in 2004 as a member of the Utah office of Valuation & Advisory Services. His current responsibilities cover all aspects of valuation advisory including consultation, appraisal of property and client relations. Prior to his real estate career, he was in the lodging/hospitality industry and held the position of Assistant General Manager at a lodging property in Deer Valley, Utah from 1996-2001.

Appraisal assignments have included apartments, retail stores, shopping centers, vacant land, industrial facilities, master planned resort communities, office buildings, country clubs, residential subdivisions, self-storage facilities, car wash facilities, automobile dealerships and feasibility studies/market analyses. In addition, Mr. Dustman has valuation experience with conservation easements, ski resort operations, fractional ownership projects and bond financed developments in the western United States.
