We are living change in Baltimore, where the award-winning 750 E Pratt has been setting sustainable building standards. We’ve been helping them consume less energy and optimize building solutions, achieving Baltimore’s first LEED platinum and consistently high ENERGY STAR scores.
World Port Center, Netherlands
We’re living change now in Rotterdam, where we helped the sale of World Port Center by assessing and confirming its strength in ESG. Because together, life is what Rotterdam makes it.
As one of the tallest buildings outside of Manhattan, the iconic 57 storey skyscraper in Queens has always stood out. But now it’s winning awards, too. Taking the lead from our client, Savanna, our team helped modernize all 1.5 million sqm, to save over 4.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity - 20% less than the previous year.
Hektar Nektar Program, Germany
We partnered with Hektar Nektar, on ‘Project 2028’, an initiative to protect the regional bee population and increase their number by 10% by 2028. We’ve given 500,000 honeybees a new home close to each of our German locations. Our beehives, complete with Cushman & Wakefield door signs, are buzzing with life and not only producing amazing honey but are also helping rebalance the ecosystem.
