Edd Brookes, General Manager of Cushman & Wakefield Qatar, has been living in Doha since 2006 and has been working within real estate for over 30 years.

His experience in real estate has taken him all around the Middle East working on behalf of Governments, HNW’s, Financial Institutions and Private Offices.

He has been involved in many sectors of real estate including large scale acquisitions, valuation and advisory, corporate mergers, REITS and IPO’s.

Master planned communities and mixed-use developments are particular areas of expertise.

Edd is a chartered surveyor and a registered valuer. He is also Head of Middle East for Cushman & Wakefield and registered for RERA in both Dubai and Bahrain.
