Aleksander Szybilski is an architect with 6 years of professional experience within the design of office space and 4 years in workplace strategy/change management connected with opening new office spaces. Aleksander's biggest project was creating and being responsible for the Samsung HQ office in Warsaw. In this project he was responsible for the corporate workplace, gathering workplace requirements from employees, change management, communication and presentation to senior management, coordination of space plans, and budget preparation. 

Aleksander's latest project for Cushman & Wakefield focused on developing the workplace strategy for Roche Diagnostics in Prague, UPC in Warsaw, GSK in Moscow, Novonordisk in Warsaw, Roche Diagnostics and Pharmaceutical in Bratislava, KMD in Warsaw, Roche Diagnostics in Warsaw, Roche Diagnostics in Basel, Takeda in Warsaw. Moreover, he was responsible for Unilever's global portfolio in terms of space utilisation and space data management.
