Barbara Koreniouguine takes up her position as CEO of Cushman & Wakefield France as of Monday 12 October 2020.
In her new role, Barbara is responsible for the operational and financial performance of all Cushman & Wakefield's business lines in France, which were strengthened by the acquisition in 2020 of Réponse (Design & Build), a French market leader in the design and development of commercial interiors. This strategic acquisition completed Cushman & Wakefield's activities in France, combining design and construction services with existing business lines: Leasing Agency, Asset Services, Capital Markets, Occupier Consultancy, Hospitality, Occupier Services and Valuation & Advisory.
Previously, Barbara was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Allianz Real Estate for France and Benelux, responsible for acquisitions, arbitrations, asset management and property management of a portfolio of approximately €7.6 billion. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Léon Grosse Immobilier, a developer of offices, hotels and residential properties.
Prior to that, she spent almost seven years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Immobilier Promotion Immobilier d'Entreprise, then Executive Chairman of the commercial and residential property development companies in France and Europe and Deputy CEO of the group, member of the management board.
Earlier, she worked for 10 years within the Icade Group, holding several management positions.
Barbara is a member of the Cercle des Femmes de l'Immobilier and was its president from 2012 to 2015.
She is also a member of the Club de l'Immobilier and a director of the IEIF.
She was awarded the Pierre d'Or 2012 in the developer category.
