Cushman & Wakefield Obtains Special Construction License

TOKYO, May 9, 2019Cushman & Wakefield (Japan) is pleased to announce that it has obtained the Special Construction License for its construction consulting entity, Cushman & Wakefield Construction Godo Kaisha (CWCGK). The details of the license, which was secured in April 2019 are as follows:

 Tokyo Metropolitan Governor (Special-31) No. 146638

Licensed Period:

 April 9, 2019 to April 8, 2024

Licensed Business:

 Full Construction and Fit-out Construction Activities


CWCGK has been providing turn-key and construction consulting services since its establishment as a General Construction Licensed entity in March 2017. The addition of the Special Construction License will allow the company to deliver larger construction projects and offer a wider range of construction advisory, consulting and management solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients.
