Katsuaki Shinohara is responsible for the quality of Valuation and Advisory services for Cushman & Wakefield Japan’s institutional investors and lender clients.

Katsuaki helped in establishing Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation and Advisory team in 2005 when he joined the firm. He works closely with the regional valuation team and local team to provide advice and consultancy, on top of giving valuation and market opinions. He also trains and strategically expands his team for the clients’ benefit.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Katsuaki actively contributes in appraisal-related matters for Cushman & Wakefield, such as valuation and consulting for investors.
