Kosuke leads Investment Planning, Investment Management, and Asset Management divisions at Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management in Japan. Leveraging with his over 20 years of experience in CRE investment, he provides flexible CRE investment solutions to Japanese and global corporate clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kosuke worked as Vice President at Prudential Real Estate Investors in Japan, engaged in investment transactions ranging from sourcing and acquisition to asset management. Kosuke also worked at Pacific Holdings, a predecessor of current C&W Asset Management in Japan, and as the head of Acquisition Division for Private Funds, he was responsible for sourcing and acquiring approximately 200 billion yen of various real estate assets. In addition, Kosuke experienced in residential land and condominium transactions as well as securitization of self-owned corporate properties using SPC structuring at Kokusai Kogyo.
