Naoko is Director of the Retail Services in Cushman and Wakefield Japan. Her responsibilities include managing retail international tenant representation for both inbound and outbound transactions nationwide throughout Japan, landlord negotiations, account management, qualitative and quantitative analysis and market research, preparation of work proposals. She has 15 years of Japan commercial real estate experience with Cushman & Wakefield, and she is highly regarded for her Tenant Representation experience in the market for retail which ensures that her clients receive a comprehensive service.
