About

Takashi is Director within the Leasing Advisory Group. He is responsible for delivering office brokerage services to corporate occupiers. With his expertise and insights in office market in Japan, he provides strategic consulting especially on office acquisition and relocation.

Prior to joining the company, Takashi was a founding member of A3 Real Estate, which was an office leasing and brokerage service provider and later joined C&W as Leasing Advisory Group. Takashi also worked at First Brothers, a listed investment management firm, and involved in asset management as well as headed the property management division. He was also involved in office brokerage and leasing management at Sanko Estate which is one of the major office building brokerage service providers in Japan. In addition, Takashi has experiences in trust and banking business at Mitsui Trust Bank (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank).

• Certified Facility Manager of Japan (CFMJ)
