In 1990, Victor Lachica formed Grupo Comercial Inmobiliario, and in 1992 the company entered into a partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Today, C&W Mexico is a 100% subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield.

C&W Mexico covers the totality of the country with regional offices in the following cities: Distrito Federal, Monterrey, Ciudad Juárez, Tijuana/San Diego and 2 alliances in Guadalajara and Costa Rica.

Victor has a Law Degree from the National University of Mexico (UNAM), Post Graduate Studies on Finance at the Technical Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration at IPADE University, an affiliate of the Harvard Business School in Mexico City.
