Adam Bouskila is a Financial Analyst within Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Office/Industrial Capital Markets team, specializing in underwriting and managing commercial real estate transactions. He provides analytical support to investment sales brokers Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Miguel Alcivar, Greg Miller, and Mike Ciadella, along with the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Jason Hochman and Ron Granite in underwriting and sourcing debt solutions for buyers of office, industrial and retail assets throughout the state of Florida. 

Adam’s responsibilities include financial modeling, market analysis, performing property-level due diligence, and supporting investor relations for the firm’s Capital Markets team. 

Mr. Bouskila attended Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business majoring in Real Estate. Upon graduating from FSU’s degree-in-three program, Adam continued his studies at Florida State and obtained his Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
