Capital markets transaction highlights include her involvement with the sale of 301 Business Center, a four-building, 826,000 SF industrial project sold to Black Creek Group in 2021; Tampa Distribution Center, a six-building, 955,000 SF industrial project sold to Blackstone (Link Industrial) for over $69 million in 2019, one of the highest priced sales to date in the Tampa market.

Year after year she consistently averages nearly 100 transactions mixed with both agency and tenant rep assignments. Mrs. Mizrahi’s background includes over seven years in the asset management field where she began her commercial real estate career with EDGE Commercial Real Estate in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Mizrahi relocated to Tampa, FL in 2011 and was hired by Parkway Commercial Real Estate (now Cousins) where she provided asset management services to over 750,000+RSF of Class A office portfolio management. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2014.
