Sean Campbell is a Senior Financial Analyst on the Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Capital Markets Team. In his role, he is responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, market analysis, and preparation of offering materials for office, industrial, and retail transactions. Sean primarily supports Jason Hochman and Ron Granite, who lead the Team’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance platform. Additionally, Sean supports the Investment Sales Team of Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Miguel Alcivar, Greg Miller, and Mike Ciadella.

Sean previously worked as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Avison Young Chicago Capital Markets Group where he led the underwriting of over $600 million of industrial, flex and medical office investment sales and $50 million of development equity placements. Prior to Avison Young, Sean began his commercial real estate career at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation as an Asset Management Analyst. At Inland, he was responsible for conducting financial analysis on the Private Capital Funds and REIT to optimize cash flows and maximize value.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Real Estate and Finance, Investment, and Banking. He remains an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and participates in regional events and national conferences.
