As Senior Managing Director, Asset Services Operations East Region, Terri-lynn develops and implements best practices that accelerate profitable growth and drive financial and operational excellence throughout our portfolio in the eastern region of the United States. She partners with city and operational leaders to drive growth, profitability and adoption of transformational change initiatives.
Terri-lynn previously served as Senior Managing Director of the company’s property management portfolios in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Indianapolis and the state of Florida. In those roles, she was responsible for the direction and leadership of the property management staff. Working in partnership with local leaders, she developed new business prospects and oversaw all operations and staff, ensuring delivery of the highest-quality services to her clients.
