The Climate Risk Global Cities Outlook report evaluates climate hazard exposure of 100 cities in Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, including major cities such as New York, Shang Hai, Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City…. This report provides a comprehensive map of each city’s climate risk based on data compiled from Cushman & Wakefield’s offices and clients from 1.018 site locations across 100 cities, this report will help investors, landlords and local governments understand their risks, to implement assets, portfolio mitigation strategies and protect the community.

In the Climate Risk report, we explain and indicate 8 hazards types and mitigation strategies are implemented by cities to reduce the impact of climate-related events. It has several benefits, including:

  • Assess Climate Risk: We take a global view on physical climate risk to highlight not only the variation in the level and type of climate-related hazard exposure in global cities, but also how this is forecast to change over time.
  • Identify Mitigation Strategy: Reduce climate-related events damage and risks that cities are facing to.
