About
Jessica currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer for Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, she collaboratively develops and implements firmwide sustainability strategies and goals, embeds best practices across all business units, and ensures we deliver impactful results for the firm and our clients. Additionally, she partners with leaders across our firm to generate value for our investor and occupier clients by integrating sustainability into our core real estate services and providing value-added sustainability advisory services.
With over two decades of experience in sustainability, Jessica specializes in designing strategies at the asset, portfolio, and enterprise levels for global organizations. She works closely with clients to achieve ambitious environmental, social, and governance goals by implementing innovative solutions throughout the real estate lifecycle. Jessica's expertise extends to engaging internal and external stakeholders to maximize the value of sustainability programs and initiatives.
As a thought leader, Jessica frequently shares insights on sustainability trends and strategies at conferences, workshops, and webinars.
