Trang Bui is a highly talented commercial real estate executive, with a strong market profile, deep client relationship and expertise across all asset classes over the past 16 years in Vietnam. Over the course of her impressive career, Trang has held numerous leadership positions with international property firms, including most recently with JLL.
As General Manager, Trang will have management responsibilities for the business with a focus on the transactional services lines, oversee business activities across the market, and drive strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and transaction opportunities.
In addition to Trang, we are also excited to announce the following hires that will form part of Trang’s new leadership team:
Stephen Higgins, Executive Director - Head of Capital Markets. Stephen is regarded as one of the most successful capital markers professionals in the Vietnamese market and has been involved in a large number of major transactions throughout the country in both direct real estate and capital raisings. Stephen’s appointment will help expand and grow our capital markets business within Vietnam and across Asia Pacific.
Cuc Le, Director - Head of Valuations & Advisory Services. Cuc has over 12 years of experience providing valuation advice to both domestic and global investors. In this role, Cuc will lead a team of talented valuation and advisory professionals to deliver world class services within Vietnam and to support our regional and global Valuations & Advisory platform.
Xuan Pham, Senior Director - Head of Marketing. Xuan has over 10 years of experience in real estate and is a market leader in marketing and strategic business development. Joining Cushman & Wakefield from JLL Vietnam, her experience in both local and international market will ensure greater brand visibility and business development support to our operations.
