Nestle – Warehouse Hunting For A Logistics Hub

On its mission to establish a new logistics hub in Southern Vietnam, Nestle was in search of a massive warehouse facility measuring 32,000 m2 GFA. 

The client also required professional advice throughout the bidding and lease agreement processes. .

Other firms were unable to carry out such build-to-suit (BTS) transactions. As a result, the Cushman & Wakefield team was retained to find and the perfect site for construction of a state-of-the-art facility. .

Through our property consultation services, Nestle was able to get the right BTS site as per their requirements. .

Our team analysed the Vietnamese warehouse market, and reviewed all available built-to-suit opportunities. We supported our client through a competitive bidding process, and ensured a favourable outcome while negotiating lease terms. .

The entire project was carried out within the given timeline, and as per the client deliverables.

The resulting deal structure provided the client competitive rental terms and lease flexibility. Such a deal was unprecedented within the local market, and set the local benchmark for build-to-suit projects.
