ROCHE HCM – SSG Tower Office Project Management

Roche HCM appointed Cushman & Wakefield to handle its new office fit-out at SSG Tower office in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chinh Minh City.

The client wanted to align their new office to reflect its global brand. It also required the design to comply with the business plan, which included highly technical training centres which are used to train clients, end-users, and staff on its products.

When Cushman & Wakefield took over the project, the timeline had already been delayed due to complex, inefficient decision-making processes within Roche. Thus, we were tasked to accelerate the project timeframe and bring it back on track.

Cushman & Wakefield implemented design management tools and formulated a communication plan that made the client’s complex decision-making processes more efficient.

Cushman & Wakefield also adapted flexibly to client requests and quickly incorporated many changes even though they were communicated at a later stage.

Cushman & Wakefield assisted Roche HCM in bringing the project back on track by engaging and working closely with all the stakeholders, designers, builder, landlord, and consultants.

Roche HCM was subsequently awarded the LEED Gold Certificate by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) for this project. This is the second Cushman & Wakefield project to get the LEED Gold Certificate in Vietnam.
