Starbucks Hanoi - Enabling Cost Savings For New Training Centre
01 The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was engaged to provide project and move management services for Starbucks’ new training centre and fit-out an office in Hanoi. The centre and office supports its local licensee Viet Idea Food & Beverage.
The client needed to move their existing office to a new location, which would combine workspaces with the new training area for their employees.
The goal was to complete the project within 20 days, during a period which included two public holidays, so as to enable the employees time to prepare themselves for Starbucks’ first stores opening in Hanoi.
02 The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield assisted engaging a fit-out and furniture contractor for Starbucks.
This enabled us to work on the development design and construction concurrently, which reduced the project completion time.
Additionally, care was taken to maintain the original design.
03 The Results
Our proven project management processes and procedures enabled us to complete the project within a challenging timeline, while ensuring Starbucks was able to achieve considerable savings in both time and cost.
The project was also completed under the allocated budget
