Triumph Motorcycles & Royal Enfield Vietnam: Driving Their Way To A New Flagship Store
01 The Challenge
Triumph Motorcycles and Royal Enfield entered the Vietnamese market under a franchise agreement with a Dubai firm that owns Harley-Davidson.
Following this deal, Triumph and Royal’s next step was to establish its first flagship store in Vietnam. They engaged Cushman & Wakefield to look for potential properties. Our team also represented them in lease negotiations with the landlord.
02 The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield searched for properties for almost a year. Eventually, we found the Saigon Paragon Building in Phu My Hung as a perfect fit for Triumph and Royal's requirements.
We then completed negotiations with the building landlord to secure the location. After property acquisition, Triumph and Royal proceeded with the fit-out period, which lasted four months.
03 The Results
In 2017, Triumph Motorcycles and Royal Enfield launched their showroom and service. Their store sits in a 1,000m2 area, covering the whole front of Saigon Paragon's ground floor.
