Leslie is a senior architect with extensive expertise in project management and currently plays a key role as a Commercial Manager at PDS Cushman & Wakefield. In this position, she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing global client accounts, developing new business strategies, and leading prospecting efforts. Her focus on delivering business-driven solutions has positioned her as an effective leader within the company. 

Known for her strong leadership and exceptional organizational skills, Leslie excels at addressing challenges and managing evolving project needs. She is recognized for her proactive problem-solving approach and her ability to ensure that each proposal and client relationship is handled with efficiency and care. Some of her most notable projects include the library at the prestigious Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, the BBVA stadium in Monterrey, and the development of the industrial market for PDS in Monterrey, Mexico. Leslie holds a degree in Architecture from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, studied abroad at the Université de Toulon in France, and completed a specialization in Management Skills and Human Development
