CHICAGO – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced Sal Companieh has been promoted to Chief Digital & Information Officer, effective immediately.
As Chief Digital & Information Officer, Companieh will report to Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Financial Officer Neil Johnston and will provide solutions that improve operations, enhance client service and drive new business. She will continue to be based in Boston.
“With deep experience in delivering global, enterprise-scale, sustainable technology transformations, Sal knows every corner of our business and has led Cushman & Wakefield through numerous acquisition integrations as well as implementations of global platforms,” said Johnston. “I’m excited for Sal to lead us though the next chapter of our technology journey.”
Companieh joined the company in 2011 as Vice President, Global Applications, and since that time has held technology leadership positions across the business, most recently as co-Chief Information Officer (CIO). She also previously served as CIO, Corporate Solutions, where she was responsible for building processes that collect, curate and optimize enterprise, client and property data, and as CIO for the firm’s facility services business, C&W Services. Prior to joining the firm, Companieh was an independent consultant at Covidien and held senior technology positions at IBM and Lindt & Sprüngli.
