Gregory est responsable de plusieurs évaluations d'actifs uniques ainsi que d'un large éventail de portefeuilles plus importants. Son travail va au-delà des évaluations immobilières et inclut des conseils transactionnels, des études de faisabilité, du conseil stratégique, et plus encore.Il se concentre sur les propriétés de bureaux, ainsi que sur les propriétés logistiques et commerciales. Il détient un bachelier en administration des affaires avec une spécialisation en comptabilité et finance et a suivi un programme de comptabilité exécutive à la Central University of Technology, en Afrique du Sud.

Il travaille chez Cushman & Wakefield depuis plus de 17 ans et est Head of Évaluation & Conseil depuis 2021.

Il parle couramment le néerlandais (langue maternelle), l'anglais et le français. Gregory est également un évaluateur agréé RICS.
