Gregory is responsible for several single asset valuations as well as a wide range of larger portfolios. His work extends beyond property appraisals to include transactional advice, feasibility studies, strategic consulting, and more. His focus lies on office properties, as well as logistics and retail properties. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy and Finance and completed an executive accounting program at the Central University of Technology, South Africa. He speaks fluent Dutch (native), English, and French. Gregory is also a RICS Registered Valuer. He has been with Cushman & Wakefield for over 17 years and has been the Head of the Valuation & Advisory team since 2021.
