Heultje West BV, in collaboration with Immo Darwin, is developing a new SME zone on the 'Darwin Heultje' business park in Westerlo. This site, located in Fabriekstraat, offers no less than 11,186 m2 of energy-neutral SME units.

Modern commercial buildings are being built within the zone, with units from 200 m² that can be flexibly combined and expanded to a maximum of 5,000 m2. The spaces are suitable for both storage and production and can be equipped with office space, showrooms and loading docks, fully tailored to the needs of companies.
