Julián joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 as part of the Brokerage team in Argentina. Since then, he has demonstrated a strong ability to connect market opportunities with client needs, focusing primarily on the office sector.

Before joining the firm, he built a solid career in the real estate industry. He spent nearly a decade at Serinco SA, starting as an administrative assistant in the valuation department and eventually becoming the Technical Coordinator, leading a team of professionals. In late 2021, he joined L.J. Ramos as Manager of Market Research and later transitioned to the Brokerage area as a Corporate Broker in 2022.

He holds a degree in Real Estate Auctioneering and Brokerage from the University of Morón (UM) and has completed courses through the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) and the Cámara Inmobiliaria Argentina (CIA), as well as specialized training in judicial appraisals and real estate investment projects.

Currently, he is expanding his expertise in renewable energy, LEED certification foundations, and the broader 2030 agenda, with the goal of becoming a key reference in the field and continuing to deliver added value to his clients.
