Lucas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and currently serves as an Industrial & Retail Broker in Argentina. He brings a strategic, data-driven approach to every transaction, combining his experience with advanced knowledge in data science and visualization.

He began his journey at the firm as Head of Market Research for Argentina and South America, a role he held until 2022. During that time, he led the development of the regional Sistema de Radios Logísticos and MarketBI, the first Business Intelligence platform for corporate real estate in South America.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lucas worked for over a decade at Serinco, a valuation firm, where he coordinated the corporate appraisals division, handling valuations of farmland, industrial sites, logistics assets and office properties.

He holds a degree as a Public Auctioneer and Broker from Universidad de San Martín (CSI license 5925) and completed specializations in Data Science (Data Analytics, SQL, QGIS) and Real Estate Development through the Cámara Inmobiliaria Argentina.

Currently, he supports both local and international companies with assets in Argentina, applying tools like Python and Power BI to conduct commuting analysis and produce comprehensive reports that enable better decision-making.
