Mercedes has been part of the Brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield since 2007, currently serving as a Senior Broker for Argentina and Uruguay. Throughout her career at the firm, she has worked with both local and international companies, supporting complex and dynamic transactions while adding strategic value at every stage of the real estate process.

Her approach focuses on providing end-to-end support throughout each stage of the process, from strategic planning to execution. She specializes in:

• Corporate client representation, acting as a strategic partner throughout the full transaction cycle.
• Complex negotiations, leading high-value, multifaceted projects with precision, problem-solving, and risk mitigation.

Mercedes holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad CAECE and a diploma in Hotel Management from Ecole pour l’Hôtellerie La Suisse. She is also a licensed Public Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker (UTN), and completed the Real Estate Management Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, further enhancing her expertise in the corporate real estate sector.
