About
Rafael has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2005 and currently serves as Director of Brokerage in Argentina. With extensive experience at the firm, he has led and supported key operations in the corporate real estate market, bringing a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a results-oriented approach.
He began his career at the company in the Valuation & Market Research area, where he worked from 2005 to 2007, building a strong analytical foundation that he later applied to the Brokerage team. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at US Equities Realty (2001–2005), a company specializing in Facility Management services.
Rafael holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and is a licensed Public Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker from the National Technological University (UTN). He also completed the Real Estate Business Management Program at Universidad de San Andrés and the Business Leadership & Negotiation Skills Program at UCEMA.
