Rosana joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 and currently serves as Business Development Manager for Argentina and Uruguay. Her strategic vision and leadership skills have enabled her to take on key roles within the company, building strong client relationships across the region and driving new business opportunities.

She began her journey at the firm as a Senior Facility Manager for Mercado Libre in Argentina. She was later promoted to Regional Account Manager for Adidas, overseeing operations in seven Latin American countries. Subsequently, she took on the role of Portfolio Manager, managing key accounts such as Adidas, Marsh & McLennan, Mondelez, PedidosYa, Randstad, Salesforce and Santander.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rosana served as Architecture Coordinator at the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Productive Innovation and worked as a construction documenter at firms including Garona Di Nunzio and Mc Cormack & Asociados.

She holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad de Palermo and completed a postgraduate program in Sustainable Architecture at FADU-UBA. Rosana has also participated in various training programs on energy efficiency, passive architecture, electrical installations, and building regulations in Buenos Aires, strengthening her technical foundation with a focus on sustainability and smart cities.
