Bart is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial & Logistics Agency in Belgium, with 19 years of experience in the acquisition, letting, sale, and development of industrial and logistic properties throughout Belgium. He was promoted to Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency for Belgium & Luxembourg in September 2010.

Previously, he worked for one of the largest Belgian 3PL companies, Group H. Essers, where he was responsible for business development in the automotive sector. His extensive knowledge of supply chain solutions, contract logistics, and transport solutions helps him better understand the problems and needs of companies searching for logistic real estate today
