Espace Meeus - Front Building
Square de Meeûs, 38, Bruxelles, Brussels Belgium
OVERVIEW
The ESPACE MEEUS, modern palace of granite, metal and glass is designed in order to bring the perfection of a sculpture of Marta Pan into prominence. In the hall, a huge window faces the square. The hall leads to a relaxing garden. Behind the restored 19th century façades the intimate style of a few salons has been maintained to create a contrast with the liberty of space and the functional clarity of the large office storeys with view on the Square de Meeûs. The colours used vary from grey to polished black with some hints of metal, which will give the building a very distinguished character.
The Square de Meeûs is a prestigious place in the centre of the European Capital. It benefits from an exceptional location in the heart of the European district on the main road between the Royal Palace and the European Parliament. The square is a place of charm and serenity in the booming activity of the administrative quarter of uptown Brussels and offers a first class accessibility. The immediate vicinity of public transport (metro, tram, bus, and the Luxemburg station) is a great asset. Moreover, the small ring offers excellent accessibility to the different motorways.
