Globally, Cushman & Wakefield was also ranked the #1 advisory and consultancy in Property Appraisal and Research, each for the fourth consecutive year; also ranked 1st in Leases and Sales, for the third consecutive year, and as an Investment Manager for the second consecutive year.

In Brazil, the company also won first place as the Best Real Estate Consultancy in the country, winning in all categories: General (Overall), Leases and Sales (Agency – Letting/sales) and Property Valuation (Property Valuation).
