After defining which interventions would be made to improve efficiency of the building operation, we started the period of implementation of the items that cover the prerequisites and credits chosen by the customer. All the projects were carefully thought out by all the teams involved (Facilities, automation, HVAC, lighting technology, commissioning, etc.) with the guidelines of the Consulting to not only meet certification goals, but also have a building operating with much more efficiency and innovation within the categories of energy, water, waste management, choice of materials and their operation as one all.
After all the requirements are implemented and ready to operate, we start the period of performance to record the performance and submit to the certifying body,
proving compliance with the certification items.
All submitted documents undergo an audit and review process to finally receive the certificate that the building is a LEED O+M Existing Building v4.

We start the process with a diagnosis to understand the possibilities that we would have to explore in the existing building, in addition to plotting at this time with the client a goal for the LEED O+M Existing Building Certification – which was Silver.
