After years of prospecting with the institution, Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for presenting ESPM Rio with its new home. The Villa Aymoré property is no longer owned by an investment fund and is now owned by the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which is used to operating in its own properties.

The property, which underwent a recent retrofit, gained a new space, totally technological and contemporary, which blends harmoniously with the historic landscape around it - characteristics that ESPM has long sought.
