Execution

Management of the work's operational issues: contact with suppliers and service providers, monitoring of the work performed, quality control, inspections and the like.

Management of project administrative issues: monitoring of bureaucratic issues, budget and schedule management, accountability and presentation of reports to the client are some of the tasks performed.

Delivery

Project delivery is as important as the initial stages of Project and Construction Management.
