LEED Certification Process GOLGI JUNDIAÍ PHASE II SHEDS C AND D

Cushman & Wakefield provided sustainability consulting services to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, comprising the Phase II – Warehouses C and D of the Golgi Logistics Complex, in Jundiaí, São Paulo.

The combination of strategies and relying on the consultancy of Cushman & Wakefield from project conception to completion allowed Golgi to obtain the certification of its Logistics Complex with the LEED BD+C Core & Shell v4 sustainability seal Platinum. Conducted in consultation with Cushman & Wakefield, the certification process of the Golgi Jundiaí Logistics Complex – P ase II reached the mark of 80 points.
