Investment in infrastructure
Between 2020 and 2021, the project underwent an important renovation and what was previously a single-user park became multi-user, and is currently occupied by three renowned companies from different segments. Known for its green area, it is one of GLP's best-installed parks.
The Cushman & Wakefield Property Management team dedicated to LPG Campo Grande manages around fifty outsourced workers. There, around two thousand and eight hundred accesses are registered per month, in addition to seven hundred permanent workers.
Operational Excellence Award 2024
The work of excellence is constantly evolving and led to the achievement of the operational excellence award, given by Cushman & Wakefield annually.
The result is attributed to the good maintenance of the necessary documentation, in addition to the efficiency in the work carried out, always maintaining a high standard in relation to the standard of services provided.
Another important point is the proximity between administrator and tenant, acting as the customer's spokesperson in negotiations, in addition to improvements in infrastructure, one of which is the readjustment of security systems, such as access control.
All these efforts have made the operation of GLP Campo Grande a model for other parks in the state.
